If you need any technical support, please fill out the “GET STARTED “form and describe the issue with your PC, network or peripheral. The designated technician will instruct you to run Remote Software and give him the password via. You can sit in front of your computer and watch while the technician fix your system or you can relax while having a cup of coffee instead.

The technician will make an initial assessment based on the information you provided and offer a possible fix then proceed with the diagnostic and repair.

After the session is finished our technician will prepare a short report about the remote support session for our record. After the Remote Software session is terminated/closed, our technician will no longer have control over your PC.
